# UXfactory

> A two-person Prague studio building long-lived digital products — design, code, and infrastructure under one roof. Since 2019.

We build studios, not websites. Two people. Design, code, infrastructure. 8 weeks from first call to live build.

## What we do

- **Design** — research, interaction, interface, design systems that ship to production rather than to meetings.
- **Build** — SvelteKit, TypeScript, Node, Postgres. AI-powered engineering with Claude Code and multi-agent orchestration. Code that ships ten times faster and holds up.
- **Run** — Hetzner infrastructure, Docker, Caddy. The studio runs the products it builds. No handoff to a separate ops team.
- **Advise** — Where LLMs make sense, where they don't. Workshops, vibe-engineering for teams, concrete architectures instead of hype.

## Who we are

Two people in Prague. Jack runs the craft — design, engineering, devOps. Rich runs clients and relationships. No account managers, no briefs through three emails. The client talks to the person actually building it.

UXfactory came from noticing that most digital studios sell process. We sell outcome — working software that holds up for years and looks the way it should.
